We organize IPOs for our clients on the Nasdaq Helsinki Oy (’Helsinki Stock Exchange’) list and the First North marketplace. We have a significant amount of experience and expertise in IPOs, and we coordinate the entire IPO process for our client, from preparing the IPO plan to acting as a subscription venue. Our extensive knowledge of Institutional investors and other investors ensures sales force. Aktia Alexander’s own electronic subscription system also enables the broad participation of private investors in the IPO.

We coordinate the entire IPO process from start to finish, including for example:

 

  • Preparation of the IPO plan
  • Building an investment story and preparing investor material
  • Valuation of the company and forming a view of the issue price
  • Providing comments on the prospectus
  • Preparing comments on the terms, press releases, and other documents required by company law
  • Sale of the share issue to institutional and/or retail investors
  • Operating as the subscription place including electronic subscription system
