Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Titanium Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in September 2017. The company raised approximately 5 million euros and the shareholders of Titanium sold their shares for approximately 20.1 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was significantly oversubscribed and Titanium received more than 5,100 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was October 9, 2017.
In addition, we acted as the company’s Certified Adviser until 9/2023.
Titanium Plc, founded in 2009, is a Finnish company independent of large banking corporations. Titanium offers services in the areas of mutual funds, investment funds, insurance intermediation and brokerage, and investment advisory. The company’s turnover was 10.2 million euros in 2017.
