Sotkamo Silver AB conducted a rights issue in March 2023. In the rights issue, the company raised approximately 3.4 million euros before transaction costs.
We acted as the financial advisor to the company in the financing arrangement.
Sotkamo Silver Group consists of the Swedish listed company, Sotkamo Silver AB, and its subsidiary in Finland, Sotkamo Silver Oy. Sotkamo Silver Group focuses on mining and development and utilization of mineral deposits in the Nordic countries, while taking into account the demands set by society and the environment.
