Description of the reference
In the spring of 2022, Sotkamo Silver AB/Oy conducted a financing arrangement in which it raised a total of approximately 21 million euros. The refinancing was carried out with a new senior loan of approximately 14.6 million euros and a convertible bond of approximately 6.4 million euros.
We acted as the financial advisor to the company in the financing arrangement.
Sotkamo Silver Group consists of the Swedish listed company, Sotkamo Silver AB, and its subsidiary in Finland, Sotkamo Silver Oy. Sotkamo Silver Group focuses on mining and development and utilization of mineral deposits in the Nordic countries, while taking into account the demands set by society and the environment. The group’s turnover in 2021 was SEK 386.8 million.
