Description of the reference
Siili Solutions Plc transferred from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland to the Nasdaq Helsinki Main Market in April 2016. Siili had been listed on the First North Finland since October 2012. In conjunction with the list transfer, Siili also conducted a share issue of approximately 3.6 million euros, which was significantly oversubscribed.
We acted as the lead manager in the listing and share issue of Siili.
