Siili Solutions Plc conducted a share issue through an accelerated book-building offering in June 2022. In the offering, the company issued new shares equivalent to 14.6 million euros. The share issue strengthened the company’s capital structure, supports future growth and enables flexible execution of acquisitions in line with the strategy.
We acted as the lead manager in the accelerated book-building offering.
