Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Remedy Entertainment Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in May 2017. The company raised approximately 12.3 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was subscribed approximately 8.5 times and Remedy received more than 4,700 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was May 29, 2017.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing up until Remedy was listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki Main Market in June 2022.
Remedy Entertainment Plc, founded in 1995, is a globally successful video game company known for story-driven and visually stunning console and computer games such as Control, Alan Wake and Max Payne. The company’s turnover was 17.2 million euros in 2017.
