Description of the reference
Remedy Entertainment Plc conducted a share issue through accelerated book-building offering in February 2021. In the offering, the company issued new shares equivalent to 41.5 million euros. The company intends to use the proceeds of the share issue to finance the development of future game projects and possible self-financing and self-publishing of the selected future games as well as on the development of internal capabilities.
We acted as the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners in the accelerated book-building offering together with Carnegie Investment Bank AB.
Remedy Entertainment Plc, founded in 1995, is a globally successful video game company known for story-driven and visually stunning console and computer games such as Control, Alan Wake and Max Payne. The company’s turnover was 44.7 million euros in 2021.
