We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Pallas Air Plc (previously Lifa Air) on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in April 2022. Trading of the company’s shares commenced on 20 April 2022.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
Pallas Air is a Finnish technology company founded in 1988 that offers solutions for clean and healthy air. Pallas Air’s business is divided into three segments: air purifiers, energy-efficient solutions, and ventilation hygiene products.
