We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Merus Power Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in May 2021. The initial public offering was oversubscribed and Merus Power received more than 8,000 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was June 8, 2021.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
Merus Power is a global green technology company headquartered in the city of Nokia, Finland. The company designs, manufactures, sells and provides Finnish innovative electrical energy storages, power quality systems, and services. Merus Power’s turnover was 14.8 million euros in 2021.
