Description of the reference
On December 12, 2023, Lounea and OP Suomi Infra Fund agreed on a €50 million equity-based convertible bond for Lounea. This convertible bond financing enables Lounea’s growth in line with its strategy and supports investments to increase the coverage of the nationwide fiber optic network.
We acted as the company’s advisor in the financial arrangement.
Lounea is a domestic, rapidly growing fiber optic operator. Lounea consists of two business areas: telecommunications infrastructure and ICT solutions. Lounea is a technology leader in the fiber optic market and builds a domestic, ultra-fast fiber optic network that ensures the functionality of the society’s telecommunications infrastructure nationwide.
