Acquisition of the wooden roof element manufacturing business of Termater Ltd, financial advisor to LapWall Plc
Description of the reference
On 26 January 2022, LapWall Plc and Termater Ltd signed a purchase agreement based on which LapWall Plc acquired the wooden roof element manufacturing business of Termater Ltd. Along with the business acquisition, the personnel of Termater transferred to LapWall’s service, and Lapwall acquired the factory properties located in Veteli, Finland.
We acted as the financial advisor to LapWall in the acquisition process.
LapWall Plc, founded in 2011, is the leading wooden element manufacturer in Finland. The company’s main products are wall elements for one- and multi-story buildings, warm roof elements, roof element systems and facade elements. LapWall’s turnover was 35.5 million euros in 2021.
