Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of LapWall Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in March 2022. The company raised approximately 5 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was subscribed approximately 8.8 times and LapWall received more than 5,000 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was April 8, 2022.
In addition, we acted as the company’s Certified Adviser until 9/2023.
LapWall Plc, founded in 2011, is the leading wooden element manufacturer in Finland. The company’s main products are wall elements for one- and multi-story buildings, warm roof elements, roof element systems and facade elements. LapWall’s turnover was 35.5 million euros in 2021.
