Heeros Plc acquired the entire share capital of Taimer Ltd with an agreement signed on November 15, 2021. Taimer Ltd, founded in 2013, is a Finnish software company that owns, produces, develops and sells PSA solutions for the business management of professional service providers. Through the acquisition, Heeros aims to expand its services and accelerate its growth both in Finland and internationally.

We acted as the financial advisor to Heeros in the acquisition process.

Heeros Plc, founded in 2000, is a Finnish software company specializing in cloud-based financial administration solutions. The Heeros modular SaaS solutions allow customers to implement only the functionalities they need for their financial administration and pay only for the services they use. The company’s turnover was 9.2 million euros in 2021.
