Merger with Vincit Plc, Financial advisor

Description of the reference

Bilot Plc merged with Vincit Plc in July 2022. In February 2022, the Boards of Directors of Bilot Plc and Vincit Plc signed a merger agreement and a merger plan to merge the companies through a merger. The merger was completed on 1 July 2022, after which the shareholders of Bilot Plc became shareholders of Vincit Plc.

We acted as the financial advisor to Bilot Plc in the merger process. We also acted as the Certified Adviser to Bilot Plc since its listing on First North marketplace and we will continue as the Certified Adviser to Vincit Plc after the merger.

Bilot Plc, founded in 2005, is a Finnish software and IT service company that provides its customers with a strategic competitive advantage by helping them build the ultimate digital customer experience. Bilot has offices in Finland, Sweden and Poland. The company’s turnover was 27 million euros in 2021.
