Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Bilot Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in March 2020. The company raised approximately 7.1 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was subscribed approximately 5.3 times and Bilot received more than 4,000 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was March 17, 2020.
In addition, we acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing up until Bilot Plc merged with Vincit Plc in July 2022. We have acted as Vincit’s Certified Adviser since the merger.
Bilot Plc, founded in 2005, is a Finnish software and IT service company that provides its customers with a strategic competitive advantage by helping them build the ultimate digital customer experience. Bilot has offices in Finland, Sweden and Poland. The company’s turnover was 18.2 million euros in 2020.
