Between 2015 and 2020, Asuntosalkku Plc and its predecessor companies have raised new equity capital and an additional 15 million euros in the form of a junior loan through several financing rounds.
We have advised Asuntosalkku Plc and its predecessor companies in these financing rounds.
Asuntosalkku Plc is an apartment investment company with approximately 2,000 rental apartments in owner-occupied apartment buildings in Finland with an emphasis on the capital region, and in the best areas near the center of Tallinn in Estonia. The turnover of the apartment portfolio was 11.7 million euros and the operating profit was 8.0 million euros in the fiscal year ended in September 2019.
