We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Aallon Group Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in March 2019. The company raised approximately 5.3 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was significantly oversubscribed, and Aallon Group received more than 2,300 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was April 8, 2019.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
