Niklas has over 10 years of extensive experience in investment banking and M&A. Niklas joined Aktia Alexander in 2012 and has previous working experience from Danske Bank.
Niklas works at Aktia Alexander as a partner and is responsible for the overall project management in capital market transactions, financing arrangements as well as in M&A advisory. In recent years, Niklas has worked especially with IPOs.
Niklas holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) degree from Aalto University School of Business.
