Timo Nuutilainen

Timo has 25 years of versatile experience in the Corporate Finance business. He started as a partner at Aktia Alexander in 2008, before that he was a partner at Mandatum & Co Oy. He already started his career in the capital markets in the OP group in investment research before moving to the Corporate Finance business. In addition to client sales, Timo’s key tasks include overall project management in both M&A and financing arrangements.

Along with Aktia Alexander, Timo has been a part of the board in few companies, which were later joined by a business arrangement, either through the sale of the company or the listing. Timo holds a master’s degree in social sciences in economics, and he also has a CEFA analyst qualification from Hanken.
