Financial advisor in the mandatory public tender offer for Wetteri Plc
Description of the reference
In February 2023, Simula Invest Ltd announced that it would initiate a mandatory tender offer for shares of Wetteri Plc. Simula Invest Ltd was obligated to make a public tender offer for the shares and related securities based on a share exchange agreement signed in June 2022.
We acted as the financial advisor to Simula Invest Ltd in the tender offer.
Wetteri Plc is an entrepreneur-led growth company in the automotive industry, founded in 1960. In addition to retailing passenger, utility, and heavy-duty vehicles, the company provides maintenance and repair services for vehicles ranging from passenger cars to heavy machinery. Wetteri’s turnover in 2022 was approximately 191,8 million euros (fiscal year deviation).
