We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Fifax Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in October 2021. Trading of the company’s shares commenced on October 25, 2021.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
Established in 2012, Fifax Plc is a Finnish company engaged in sustainable fish farming. The company’s production facility is located in Åland, and it provides fish for wholesalers in Åland, mainland Finland and Sweden.
