Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of EcoUp Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in September 2021. The company raised approximately 15 million euros and the shareholders of EcoUp sold their shares for 4.2 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was oversubscribed and EcoUp received more than 4,500 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was September 29, 2021.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
EcoUp Plc, founded in 1979, is a Finnish company focusing on the circular economy. EcoUp offers its customers carbon-neutral, surplus-free, energy-saving and competitive products, services and technologies that help its customers make their operations more environmentally friendly. EcoUp’s turnover was 31.4 million euros in 2021.
