Spinnova Plc was listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in June 2021. Companies listed on First North must engage a Certified Adviser according to First North rules. The Certified Adviser’s obligation is to ensure that the First North rules are complied with both at the time of entry into the market and continuously during trading.
We have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser since the listing.
Spinnova Plc, founded in 2014, is a Finnish company engaged in the development and production of textile fiber and materials. It produces fiber made from various raw materials, such as wood and leather waste; and other renewable raw materials, such as agricultural, food, and beverage industry waste, as well as textile waste. The company’s turnover was 6.1 million euros in 2021.
