Companies listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace must engage a Certified Adviser according to First North rules. The Certified Adviser’s obligation is to ensure that the First North rules are complied with both at the time of entry into the market and continuously during trading. Heeros Plc is listed on the First North Finland marketplace and Heeros changed its Certified Adviser in the summer of 2020.
We have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser since July 1, 2020.
Heeros Plc, founded in 2000, is a Finnish software company specializing in cloud-based financial administration solutions. The Heeros modular SaaS solutions allow customers to implement only the functionalities they need for their financial administration and pay only for the services they use. The company’s turnover was 8.3 million euros in 2020.
