Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Enersense International Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in April 2018. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was April 4, 2018.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing up until Enersense was listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki Main Market in June 2021.
Enersense International Plc is a Fnnish company founded in 2005. Enersense is a creator of zero emission energy solutions and its offers services to companies in the industry, energy, telecommunications and construction sectors. The company’s turnover was 47.4 million euros in 2018.
