Description of the reference
We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Fondia Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in March 2017. The company raised approximately 2.9 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was subscribed approximately 10.8 times and Fondia received more than 5,200 new shareholders. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was April 4, 2017.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
Fondia Plc is a Finnish legal services company founded in 2004. Fondia’s over one hundred lawyers offer their clients legal services and advisory. Fondia’s turnover was 17.5 million euros in 2017.
