We acted as the lead manager in the initial public offering and listing of Vincit Plc on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace in September 2016. The company raised approximately 5 million euros through the offering. The initial public offering was subscribed approximately 5.6 times. The first trading day of the company’s shares on First North was October 17, 2016.
In addition, we have acted as the company’s Certified Adviser on the First North Finland marketplace since the listing.
Vincit Plc is a Finnish technology company founded in 2007. Vincit offers services related to software development and digital services design. Vincit has been chosen as the best workplace in Finland several times, and its turnover was 32.1 million euros in 2016.
