Aktia Alexander Corporate Finance Ltd is a Finnish investment bank established in 1988. We offer a wide range of investment banking and advisory services for different situations. Our services include initial public offerings, capital market transactions, M&A advisory, and valuation.

Aktia Bank Plc and Alexander Corporate Finance Ltd announced on 30 November 2021 an arrangement, which will result in Aktia owning 20% of Alexander Corporate Finance. The arrangement was executed on 2.2.2022 after the approval by Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. With the completion of the arrangement, the name of our company changed to Aktia Alexander Corporate Finance Ltd.

Aktia Alexander Corporate Finance is part of Alexander Group of which parent company’s, Alexander Group Ltd’s, CEO is Yrjö Kopra and Chairman of the Board is Erkki Helaniemi.
