Anssi has over 10 years of extensive experience in investment banking, IPOs and various types of M&A and financing arrangements. Anssi joined Aktia Alexander in 2011. Prior to this, he has worked at PwC Corporate Finance.

Anssi works at Aktia Alexander as a partner and is responsible for the overall project management in various types of capital market transactions, IPOs, M&A and financing arrangements.

Anssi holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management (Tech.) and a master’s degree in accounting (Econ.). In addition, Anssi has completed an international CFA degree.
