We offer valuation services for various needs and situations. Our long-term experience in valuation and our deep knowledge of valuation methods and theory ensure a high-quality result for our client. Different needs are, for example:

We carry out valuations for company owners, management, and boards (first/second opinion). Valuation can be a separate process or part of a starting M&A advisory project or other project. We have done valuations for listed and unlisted companies operating in several different industries.

We prepare unbiased expert opinions on the value of a company or business (fair value opinions) for various situations, such as share redemption situations or voluntary ownership arrangements. We are a valuation expert independent of large audit firms in the application of IFRS regulations. We have focused on those specific issues that require a deep understanding of valuation. We assist our clients with, for example, impairment tests, valuation of intangible assets and the determination of the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) and its various components.
